Charlie Miller
Charlie is a strategic recruiting professional with over 14 years of experience. In founding IT Accel with Kristina Marino, Charlie was keen on addressing the unique IT recruiting needs within corporate clients through building long term relationships with both candidates and customers alike. This approach has served IT Accel well as the firm offers some of the strongest technical talent in the business and is considered a tier one vendor in most hiring circles. Charlie has demonstrated growth and success in technical candidate sourcing, recruiting management, executive placement, and technical sales with the ability to coach and motivate others to win support for ambitious goals and strong productivity.

Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from SUNY Albany with a Minor in Business and an Associates in Business and Psychology from Adelphi University.

Kristina Marino Managing Partner
A graduate of the University of Miami, Kristina Marino learned quickly how far a little bit of hustle in a hurricane of 21st century technology could move a small headhunting business into a well known, IT recruiting powerhouse.
In her leadership at IT Accel, Kristina leverages her experience in technical recruiting and general management to ensure the company maintains its "best in class" performance and service to every one of the company’s clients. Prior to joining IT Accel, Kristina worked in senior account management for RecruiTech, Inc. and David Lawrence Associates, achieving many a success by bringing on a number of Fortune 500 clients while also filling highly technical, top-level roles for them.

Steve’s extensive experience in the staffing and recruitment industry makes him the ideal choice to head IT Accel’s technical recruitment. A Syracuse University graduate, he previously performed both account management and technical recruitment roles for David Lawrence Associates. He also served as Senior Account director at CMA Staffing, Inc. and as Senior Recruiter at CDI Business Solutions.
Dan Irizarry
Technical Recruiter
Born and raised in Queens, New York, Dan received his Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies from Queens College and launched his career in the television and film industry, working for several different production companies. He then decided to apply his advanced technical knowledge toward a career as a technology recruiter for IT Accel, and since 2002 he has been helping technology professionals take their careers to the next level.
Eric Moravcik
Technical Recruiter
Eric Moravcik comes to IT Accel with 21 years of operations/HR experience across multiple disciplines. Eric spent the past 12 years working for construction firms in various capacities managing the rehabilitation and reconstruction of numerous public municipalities, including schools, wastewater treatment facilities, and hospitals in New York City. Prior to his construction experience, Eric served for 9 years as a Russian Cryptologic Linguist in the United States Air Force flying on board various RC-135 airframes while assigned to the Electronic Security Command and Air Force Intelligence Command. Eric is a graduate of the Defense Language Institute and holds a degree in Communications from the University of Maryland.
Jennifer Ball
Operations Assistant
Jennifer, a relatively new addition to our team, joined IT Accel in early 2010 and has already proven herself as a stellar Operations specialist working with our consultants and clients to ensure talent & customer satisfaction. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Cornerstone University.
