• Strong analytical skills
  
• 3-7 Years of Financial Industry experience with client/exchange connectivity systems
  
• Strong working knowledge of the FIX protocol and its application.
  
• Strong knowledge of Windows 2000 server applications, knowledge of UNIX and LINUX helpful
  
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP and Windows networking
  
• Familiarity with the full software development life cycle within the context of process and procedures as they pertain to test and industry standards.
  
• Good communication skills / task management skills
• Client facing FIX connectivity certification at the session and application level
• Firm wide client connectivity and order routing system support and configuration.
• Installation and configuration of the FIX applications and end to end testing functionalities and integration test.
• Translation of the client's business requirement to the appropriate configuration parameters
