- Five or more years experience in IT system deployment and 3rd level support
- Superior knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in Windows Server 2000/2003, MS Clustering, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory & GPOs, Exchange 2003, Share Point 2007 and other related areas with troubleshooting at the expert level including use of troubleshooting tools within large network environments
- Solid background in hardware support (Dell servers, RAID, SCSI attached and SAN based storage systems [EMC CX3-xx])
- Current knowledge and expertise with Citrix, VMWare, and Blackberry BES Servers
- Superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills at the System Engineer level with sufficient technical depth to communicate with development and other internal organizations at a peer level
- Solid understanding of client/server, networking, and internet technologies fundamentals
