Java expert that will lead development and develop architecture

• From BA functional specifications, designs solution and writes technical documentation
• Produce detailed cost estimation
• Provides technical maintenance on existing applications
• Manages development cycles from development to production release
• Reviews the cost estimation, design and implementation of his team
• Performs code reviews and ensures global quality
• Act as technical referent to other developers, produces development guidelines
• Optimizes the performance, especially of Hibernate requests
• Works closely to QA to enhance continuous integration platform
• Java, Hibernate, Spring , Web Services, J2EE expert (especially EJB, JDBC) expert  (at least 7 years)
• Maven expert
• Weblogic expert
• Team-work oriented, optionally multicultural or in an international environment
• Strong SQL and database skills

Salary Range: 130k
