SENIOR VP, TECHNICAL SERVICES

Second level manager responsible for server, network and help desk teams.

  • Ensure maximum availability of all production, development and disaster recovery systems and infrastructure (i.e. network, storage, email, back up, desk tops, security, etc.)
  • Ensure excellent support services and customer relations with the user community.
  • Ensure timely delivery of quality projects satisfying technical and strategic requirements
  • Develop and manage plans and budgets which satisfy short and long term needs
  • Mentor and guide staff to ensure ongoing development of their technical and management skills.
  • Define staffing needs and recruit competent employees and/ or consultants, as appropriate
  • Develop a strong cooperative team of IS professionals
  • Ensure that IS policy and procedures are enforced
  • Work closely with I.S. senior management on day to day issues and provide strategic direction
  • Develop and maintain standards as they relate to technical infrastructure and security

Salary Range: 150-200k
