DESCRIPTION: The Senior UNIX Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading servers, workstations and peripherals, conducting data backups, and providing daily on-call support. This individual will also participate and drive systems/network planning for hardware and software installations.
QUALIFICATIONS: At least 5 years experience with UNIX. · Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, NFS, FTP, TCP/IP, DHCP, Firewalls, shell and Perl scripting and remote access. · Knowledge of Oracle, NT, HPUX are pluses. · Prior supervisory experience desired. · The ability to multi-task and work both independently and in a team environment.
SALARY RANGE: 100K
