Supporting and maintaining highly critical systems and applications in use by our 300+ trading personnel.

• 3 years experience in a desktop/technical position
• Strong Windows XP installation and troubleshooting skills
• Strong PC hardware installation and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of networking and telecommunications
• Experience with E-Trading and Market Data service platforms such as Bloomberg, Reuters, Cantor etc.
• Prior industry knowledge or a willingness to learn
• Excellent client service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities accordingly
• Previous trading room support experience a plus

SALARY RANGE: 80-90K
